Hi! I thought it would be fun to blog about my adventures this year when I join Sharon Merriam in Thailand and beyond. The trip started for me in Seattle leaving on Emirates Air for Dubai and then Dubai to Bangkok. The flight was long - 14 hours to Dubai and then 6 hours to Bangkok but I felt safe in the big Boeing built jet. I am posting several photos taken from the air as we went almost to the Artic Circle and then through the clouds to Dubai and the great desert there.
